Founded in 2000, Amber Charter School recently expanded their East Harlem and Kingsbridge programs to a third facility overlooking Isham Park in the Inwood neighborhood of upper Manhattan. The project entailed the full renovation of an existing 68,000 SF school building to accommodate Amber's new K-8 program, including a 3,000 SF gym and auditorium and nearly 2,000 SF of outdoor, rooftop recreation space. The updated and expanded building now provides a wide range of instructional resources for the entire Amber Charter School community.
