DESIGN APPROACH

Thought partners and team leaders

Working with PellOverton means partnering with an experienced and dedicated team through all stages of a project. Our approach is founded on developing relationships that reflect a shared understanding of project goals and opportunities, and meeting these with creative, team-built solutions. We bring a genuine commitment to thinking together with our clients about the role of design and its impact, and an approach that is personable and engaged from concept through construction.

Participating in a broader conversation

Our work is driven by a steadfast commitment to advancing best design practices for contemporary learning and living environments. This includes writing, teaching, and actively engaging in discussions on innovative approaches to both established and emerging topics. We have contributed to professional and mainstream publications such as Independent School magazine and Net Assets, and frequently participate in webinars and conferences for organizations like the National Business Officers Association (NBOA) and the Association for Learning Environments. These extracurricular activities give our practice a broader perspective on the evolving role of design and a shared language with our clients.
